With this form, please choose to approve or waive Typewheel services pertaining to the privacy policies of your website.

By signing this form, you acknowledge that Typewheel has informed you that applicable (state, national, or international) law may require your website to have a Privacy Policy. Additionally, you acknowledge that Typewheel does not provide legal services and is not responsible for your business complying with any applicable privacy laws.

That said, we do have a relationship with a third-party Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions provider and can assist you with linking those dynamic policies to your website. Termageddon is the service we use on our own website. You are under no obligation to utilize Termageddon. However, Typewheel does have a relationship with this service and can resell licenses they provide. Please note, that, should you choose to use Termageddon’s services, even as provided by Typewheel, your relationship (as it pertains to the policy generator) will be directly with them, governed solely by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

- I will provide Typewheel with website policies and understand it’s my sole responsibility to update the policies when the laws change. I also agree to pay a $100 implementation fee to incorporate the initial policies onto my website.
- Please set me up with a Termageddon license. I understand that I will have access to the license through the Termageddon dashboard, where I can generate and update my policies. I also agree to pay a one-time, $100 setup fee for Typewheel to configure the web pages and embed the policies on my website. I understand that the license cost will be reflected by an increase in my regular maintenance fees.
