Adeel Khan at Retina Associates of Indiana has approached Joshua Vandercar at Typewheel to maintain a website at retinaaoi.com.
Recommendation
Typewheel will configure and set up basic WordPress instance prior to development and will, from that point on, host and maintain the site. The site itself will be planned and designed by Retina Associates of Indiana or any developer they may contract for service. This Basic Care Plan agreement will constitute an ongoing relationship wherein which Typewheel will provide hosting and care services for the website as outlined under Basic Care here.
Project Scope
Planning and development of website will not be handled by Typewheel.
Project Timeline
From the date we commence with an agreement, Typewheel will lay the foundation on which a developer can build your WordPress website.
Groundwork (3 days) is when we:
- install WordPress instance on our VPS
- prepare site for development
- coordinate with Retina Associates of Indiana or contracted developer to provide them necessary access to site for development purposes
Financial Investment
This Basic Care plan does not incur any project build costs or setup fees. For ongoing Typewheel Basic Care services, Retina Associates of Indiana will pay $50 per month to be paid by 15th of the month for which service is rendered (or to be paid as annual term). Typewheel Basic Care services begin on the day when we’ve mutually agreed on this contract by show of our signatures. At that time, Retina Associates of Indiana will be billed for care services to cover the remainder of the current term. Services that fall outside Typewheel Publisher will be billed at $100 per hour to be invoiced and paid monthly. Optionally, Retina Associate of Indiana can choose to benefit from any of the following tools and services provided by Typewheel along with Basic Care.

Next Steps
To proceed with this project, you would take the following steps:
- Accept this proposal by requesting a contractual agreement from Typewheel for your review or discuss desired changes. (see button above)
- Accept the contractual agreement as is by signing and submitting to Typewheel or discuss desired changes.
- Submit initial payment to cover first three months of service.
